BECOME A CONSPIRATOR

If you are interested in supporting North Texas arts philanthropy and would like to become an art conspirator, please consider one of our sponsorship opportunities or an in-kind donation.

WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

There are several hundred artists, musicians, and volunteers who make Art Conspiracy tick. Our volunteers pride themselves on being resourceful and executing events that are fun, all-inclusive and put on with minimal cost margins. In 2012, Art Conspiracy will host its 8th Art Con event. From volunteers, executive team, board of directors, sponsors, family, friends, and the North Texas community at large, all who donate their time and talents to produce and support
Art Conspiracy year after year are considered fellow “art conspirators.”

ART CONSPIRACY HISTORY

Art Conspiracy was formed to create awareness for the arts, and to bring artists and musicians together to “conspire” for the benefit of the local arts scene. The 2005 Art Conspiracy event, the first of its kind, was held at the historic Texas Theater in Oak Cliff, where Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested shortly after President John F. Kennedy was shot. JFK-oriented conspiracy theories are intertwined in modern Dallas life. The name, Art Conspiracy, acknowledges this and also highlights the positive impact conspiracies can bring about.
